Cuban blogger Yoani Sanchez has been declared the 60th World Press Freedom Hero by the Vienna-based International Press Institute. Sanchez had already received a few prizes for her dogged dissenter's work in Cuba, like the prestigious Spanish Prize Ortega y Gasset.
Will she be allowed to travel to Vienna on September 13 to receive the award?
